MUNICIPAL FEES

The Town of Belle requires every household/business to pay a monthly municipal fee of $20. This fee covers services such as street lighting, garbage collection, recycling, fire service, police, town events and activities, etc. Failure to pay this fee will result in additional late fees and court appearances.
SANITARY FEES

The Town of Belle requires every household/business to pay a monthly sanitary fee. Failure to pay this fee will result in additional late charges, water turned off and court appearances. There is a $100 deposit required to start service.
GARBAGE/RECYCLING PICK-UP
Weekly Schedule:
Monday - 6th Street to Stubb Drive and Maple Road
Tuesday - 6th Street to Orchard Avenue, Midland Avenue, North Belle Drive, and Hastings Drive

If these days are a holiday, the garbage will be picked up on the following day. There is a $25 fee for extra trash pick up and must be scheduled with the Town Hall. (Examples: shrubs, limbs, attic/garage clean out, appliances, couches, beds, etc.). Extra pick-ups are the first two Wednesdays and Thursdays of each month. If you should have 1/2 truckload or more, you will be charged the landfill fee.
The Town of Belle supports the curbside recycling program. Recycling is on the last Friday of the month. All residents are encouraged to participate. Newspapers will be picked up first and recyclables will be picked up after. Items able for recycling include, but not limited to, aluminum cans, tin cans, plastic bottles (numbers 1 and 2), paper, and cardboard.
